Common questions
Why so cheap?
Tiny Inbox is built and run by one person, with low overhead. Pricing reflects that. The bet is that a clearly-priced product that solves a small annoying problem well finds its audience without needing to extract maximum revenue per user.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops auto-renewal. You keep Pro for the rest of the period you've paid for. No partial refunds for the unused time, but the period continues — you don't lose anything by cancelling early.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays — captures, items, history, everything — and reverts to Free. The Pro features (extension, email forwarding, MCP, exports, unlimited AI) become unavailable. Re-subscribe anytime to turn them back on. Or delete your account from Settings if you want a clean exit; that purges everything per our privacy policy.
